Set transcript status and caption status during automated metadata request

As an Org User, I can set transcripts status=public and/or set transcripts as captions when requesting automated transcription jobs in the Bulk Edit menu. This would make the process much more efficient. Currently, it is necessary to do this work after the automated metadata transcripts are created to then make these changes.
