Include total number of resources in a collection to Aviary Collections API GET

I'm trying to use API to export resources metadata from a collection. I'm using the collections API to get all resource ids within the collection, then use resources API to get resource's metadata, that worked well. But I noticed I can only get 100 resource ids from the collections API at a time, I can loop through pages to get more resource ids, but I didn't see the collections API providing the total number of resources in the response json, am I missing something? I'd like to get the total number of resources of a collection or some other thing (such as end of response flag) to be included in the JSON response, so that I can control the page loop programmatically.
