Filter/Manage transcripts by collection

Currently, it is not possible to filter by collection and then view and/or undertake bulk actions only on those transcripts. There are two potential places to do this filtering/managing:

1. In the Collections table, add a Manage Transcripts button that behaves like the Manage Resources or Manage Media buttons, which would display a view of the Transcripts table that is filtered to display only those rows for transcripts in that particular collection.

2. In the Transcripts table, add a filter that still allows sorting and that will also allow the user to select multiple rows and undertake bulk actions.
