Audit/Activity log accessible via the API

The gist. We’re looking to use the contents of the audit/activity log to indicate updated or new content as part of a preservation workflow (the workflow: content flows into the curation environment, Aviary, then into a preservation environment).

The API features:

• GET request for all audit data with paginated results as sort by timestamp descending

• Desirable, filter by begin/end date

• Desirable, filter by ID
