As an organizational user I can export Aviary indexes in ohms XML format

Aviary allows for the import of ohms XML to create an Aviary index however, there is currently no way to re-export that same index back to ohms XML.

    The difficulty with this feature request is that an index is only a portion of ohms XML and cannot exist entirely on their own to be valid against the ohms. XSD.
